The Roots

 The Roots is an American jazz-rap and neo soul group. Their world fame came with the third and the fourth albums: “Do You want More?!!!??!” (1995) and “Illadelph Halflife” (1996). The following album “Things Fall Apart” (1999) was the most successful and earned the gold record, as well as their next album “Phrenology” (2001). In 2000 The Roots received Grammy for the single “You Got Me” with Erykah Badu. Since than they released 6 albums, the most remarkable among them were: “The Tipping Point” (2004), “Game Theory” (2006) and “Wake Up” (2010).
